Schedules are assigned by the operation based on business needs and are not available for individual selection. What youll do Youll handle inbound calls from customers in Texas, providing support, guidance on service options, renewals, and enrollments. The main focus of the role is customer service. You may also support sales when a customer is interested, but this is not a retention role or an aggressive sales position.
