Data Analyst/ Reporting Analyst / BI Developer (Bilingual …, Armenia

Initial Requirements to Apply: 1️⃣ B2 English level or higher (interview process and daily work are 100% in English). 2️⃣ Must reside in Colombia and have legal permission to work in the country. 3️⃣ Professional experience in data analysis/reporting roles, working with SQL Server and BI tools.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI.
- Analyze and transform large datasets to generate business insights and metrics.
- Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extraction processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements.
- Identify data anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes.
- Work with multiple data sources including SAP, SQL Server, Oracle, and flat files.
- Required Skills / Experience:
- Proficiency (3+ years) in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL), including query optimization and stored procedures.
- Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and report development.
- At least 1+ year of experience with Power BI.
- Strong experience in data analysis, data mining, and handling large datasets.
- Experience with SSIS / ETL processes and SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT).
- Knowledge of data integration from multiple sources (SQL Server, Oracle, Excel, Access, text files).
- Experience with testing processes (UAT) and reporting validation.
- Solid understanding of database structures and reporting environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Experience working with billing or enrollment data (1–4 years). ⭐ Nice to Have (Plus):
- Experience with SAP (especially billing or BW).
- Knowledge of SSAS (OLAP cubes) and drill-down reporting.
- Experience with .NET / VB.NET.
- Familiarity with SAS (PC or Unix environments).
- Experience with automation tools (Worksoft, Win Runner).
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis.
