Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls/messages to potential clients and introduce company services
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities
- Clearly communicate service value and generate genuine interest
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations and qualify them
- Book appointments/demo calls for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversions
- Send confirmations and reminders for scheduled appointments
- Coordinate effectively with the sales team for smooth handovers
- Handle basic objections and guide prospects toward taking action
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly outreach and booking targets

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Appointment Setting / Customer Support / Sales
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working in night shift (full-time, 8 hours)
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Strong follow-up and objection-handling ability
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
