Marketing & Communications Specialist (LATAM) (Barranquilla)

You will serve as a key connector between our people, our brand, and our growth strategy, helping bring the UnifyCX story to life both inside and outside the organization. What You’ll Do Regional Marketing, Brand & Design Support
- Execute marketing and brand initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across Barranquilla, Colombia and broader LATAM regions as needed
- Support the development and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and local marketing channels
- Contribute to creative development, including visual design support for campaign assets, presentations, social content, and branded materials
- Apply design sensibility and brand guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality visual storytelling across all marketing outputs
- Assist in the creation and adaptation of marketing assets for regional relevance, ensuring cultural and market alignment
- Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities to elevate brand presence through strong creative execution and design‑led storytelling
- Support the production of engaging visual content for campaigns, events, and internal/external communications Talent Marketing & Community Engagement
- Develop and execute creative strategies to attract customer experience talent
- Create compelling content (social posts, ads, flyers, grassroots campaigns)
- Build relationships with universities, government programs, and community organizations
- Identify and activate new, non‑traditional talent pipelines Internal Communications & Culture
- Support internal marketing initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and culture
- Help plan and promote internal events, campaigns, and communications
- Ensure consistent messaging across teams and locations
