Role Purpose

Provide comprehensive customer support through the different channels defined by the operation, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, effective resolution of requests, and compliance with the quality and productivity standards established by the company and the end client.

Educational Background
- Technical degree, technologist, or professional degree.
- Preferably in administrative or related fields.

Required Experience
- 6 months of experience in customer service, contact center, or user support.
- Previous experience in phone-based customer service is a plus.
- Full availability required.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2) to handle bilingual interactions.
