- Proven experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to provide excellent Customer Experience and foster strong customer relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to handle calls and inquiries in a professional and solutions-oriented manner
- Proficiency in multitasking and time management
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus
