ABOUT THE ROLE As a Reservation Agent, you will be a vital part of the customer journey. Your focus will be handling inbound and outbound calls with established customers, managing reservations for vacation packages already purchased, and ensuring every interaction is efficient, professional, and customerfocused. With strong attention to detail and a servicedriven mindset, you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and company success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Interaction Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing customers Assist customers in completing reservations for previously purchased vacation packages Combine sales awareness with excellent customer care to manage bookings and rebookings efficiently Product Knowledge Develop and maintain strong knowledge of vacation packages and resort offerings Reservation Qualification Verify and qualify reservations according to established procedures Accurately record and update customer information to maintain a complete database Customer Engagement Reengage customers with enthusiasm and gratitude regarding their upcoming vacations Maintain open and transparent feedback with Sales, Customer Service, and Management teams Upselling Opportunities Identify and leverage upselling opportunities to enhance the customer experience and maximize revenue Team Collaboration Work closely with Sales and Customer Service agents to ensure a highquality customer experience Resolve issues related to customer vacation packages promptly and professionally Attitude Relationships Maintain a positive attitude and strong working relationships with peers, managers, and other departments Additional Duties Participate in special projects and other assigned tasks that support department success SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or sales is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team Knowledge of vacation packages, resorts, and travel destinations is a plus Bolsa de trabajo Colombia ofrecemos puesto de Customer Service Representative para el sector de CallCenter Telemercadeo en la empresa SOLVO S.A.S de Barranquilla.
