What You’ll Be Doing
- Talk, engage, and lead discussions — this role requires hosting group interviews three times per day, four days a week, for approximately two hours per session.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process: set up new hires across multiple HR and compliance platforms, manage background checks, drug tests, and verify documentation.

What We’re Looking For
- Charismatic Communicator: You are comfortable speaking for extended periods and can keep large groups engaged and informed.
- People-Centered: Passion for helping people understand roles and succeed in new careers.
- Strong Verbal Skills: Clear, professional, and persuasive communication in English.
- Recruitment Experience: Prior experience in HR or talent acquisition is a strong plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage complex onboarding processes across multiple platforms.
