BPO Trainer (Área metropolitana de Barranquilla)

At Empresa confidencial, we support U.S. companies with high-performing teams across LATAM. We’re looking for a dynamic BPO Trainer to support one of our client’s training operations in Barranquilla.

This is not a traditional “stand-and-deliver” role. We’re searching for someone who can facilitate learning, analyze performance, improve training materials to ensure employees are truly prepared to succeed.

What you’ll do
- Deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and staff
- Identify learning gaps and turn them into practical training solutions
- Support operational teams with performance insights
- Improve and update training programs based on real needs
- Act as a mentor, thinker, and guide throughout the learning journey

What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in training, facilitation, or related roles
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Experience creating or updating training materials
- Ability to assess performance and use data to improve learning outcomes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high volume, operational environment
- A mindset focused on mentorship, guidance, and continuous improvement
