Bilingual New Business Developer On Site (Barranquilla)

We're looking to hire Bilingual New Business Developers to join our team!

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with sales leads, negotiate deals, and support deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to provide appropriate solutions to customers.
- Ensure technical needs are met based on customer plans and specifications.
- Engaging with clients in industry-related conversations, and ultimately converting leads into sales.
- Promote and sell our products and services by initiating calls with prospective clients, identifying and qualifying potential leads

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Full time availability
- 1+ years' experience in client engagement
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills ability to build rapport with customers
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers.
- Resourcefulness and attention to detail.

**Salary**: $3.400.000 COP per month

Commissions can double basic salary
