About the Role The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and organized candidate experience from application through hire. This role is idóneo for a highly organized HR professional with excellent follow-up, communication, and coordination skills. You will be the central point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring that the recruitment workflow moves quickly and accurately.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Review and screen incoming applications daily within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collect applications from referrals, external recruiters, and direct sourcing efforts, ensuring all candidates are properly logged into the ATS.
- Gather, track, and log feedback from hiring managers and interviewers in a timely manner.
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and coordinate all logistics.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings or interviews as needed.
- Coordinate next steps between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panel members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and status changes in the ATS.
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or recruitment coordination experience.
- Experience supporting recruitment for global or distributed teams.
