Accountant advanced excel (Barranquilla)

Job title: Treasury Accounting Associate Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Location: All cities, Colombia (onsite) About the role: Assist other departments by providing information related to bank transactions, to avoid double payments, especially to the payroll department, make sure that employees receive their payments on time, issue fraud decisions on payroll payments, and build cash and liquidity reports. Key Responsabilities:
* Issue fraud decisions on ACH Payments and Checks.
* Answering payroll requests regarding checks, direct deposits and other type of inquiries.
* Fund and Register Employees Payroll Cards
* Build Return Report for Payroll Department
* Build Cash Reports and estimate Reports for Corporate.
* Answer incoming calls related to payroll inquires. Requirements
* A degree in financial (or equivalent experience)
* At least six months of experience
* Analytical skills.
* Excellent computer skills a must. Excel, Word, and E-mail.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills; strict attention to detail
* Communicate effectively in individual or group situations including demonstrating active listening skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, using accurate grammatical form, and able to read and interpret written information.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Able to participate in solving problems and help make decisions based on the best information available by developing resolutions between parties.
* Works well with other team members and departments in a professional and friendly manner to accomplish mutual goals and prepare assignments on time.
* Able to ask for support and help as needed.
* Ensures effectiveness in processes to achieve/seek best practices.
