We are looking for an Excellent HR Specialist for one of our best clients in USA. Here you will find the Job Description: Position: Bilingual HR Specialist Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Weekends OFF. 40 hours per week Sites Available for This Vacancy: Barranquilla: SMART OFFICE
- Cra 51b # 80-58, Alto prado. Piso 21 Duties and Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Handling employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Mediating workplace conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment. Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures. Compensation and Benefits: Assisting with the administration of compensation and benefits programs. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Training and Development: Identifying training needs and developing training programs. Facilitating training sessions and evaluating their effectiveness. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintaining accurate records and documentation. Other HR Functions: May assist with performance management, succession planning, and employee recognition programs. May be involved in exit interviews and processing termination paperwork. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: ENGLISH LEVEL REQUIRED: 8.00-10.00 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous. At least 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field. Skills: Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant laws and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in HR software and tools. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
