We are looking for an IT Support Specialist based in Barranquilla to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure, providing outstanding support to our operations floor, and maintaining strict information security compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to end-users (passwords, hardware/software troubleshooting, and access management).
- Ensure compliance with internal and external IT and information security policies across the operations floor.
- Monitor, detect, and report information security incidents or suspicious activities following established protocols.
- Implement security patches on workstations within the appropriate timeframe when requested by the IT Manager.
- Verify that devices connected to the call center network are authorized by the company and that CCRs access client tools or systems through defined means (such as RDS or other remote access).
- Install network hardware/software on workstations as directed by the IT Manager.
- Oversee the operation of UPS and power generators, reporting any failures to the electrical technician.

Prepare work orders for equipment removal and assist in routine maintenance tests.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Technical degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in Active Directory, Windows OS environments, and end-user technical troubleshooting.
- Languages: B1-B2 English level.
- Soft Skills: Punctuality, proactive mindset, excellent organization, and a strong drive to provide great customer service.

Technical Skills:
- General knowledge of computer systems, PC hardware repair, and network management.
- Ability to install, configure, and support desktop and mobile operating systems.
