About the Role: We are looking for a creative and highly organized Influencer Marketing Specialist to support the execution and growth of our influencer and digital marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for identifying and recruiting influencers, managing campaign execution, developing creative briefs, and coordinating multiple marketing projects simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and recruit influencers aligned with campaign goals and brand positioning.
- Manage influencer outreach, onboarding, and maintain strong relationships with creators.
- Ensure timely delivery of influencer content and review submissions, providing feedback and approving final deliverables.
- Develop clear creative briefs and translate brand messaging into engaging storytelling for influencer and paid campaigns across platforms such as TikTok and Meta.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure campaign narratives align with overall brand strategy and business goals.
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, track deadlines, and maintain organized workflows to ensure campaigns run smoothly, even under tight timelines.
- Support the design, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
