Junior PHP Laravel Developer - Remote, Latin America …, Barranquilla

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience with multiple products in the Laravel ecosystem
- 2+ years experience in PHP w/ Laravel
- Experience with frontend development (Reactjs, Vuejs, Livewire, etc)
- Bonus points if you have experience with Tailwindcss
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon regarding estimates and the general process.
- Ability to identify with Bluelight's clients' goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
