Role Summary and Impact As part of the General Operations Centre (GOC) , you will work closely with teams across the United States,Europe,and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.We are looking for aLinear TV Directorwho will:
- Develop and Lead Media Strategy: Define and direct the overall Linear TV strategy, translating clientobjectivesinto actionable media frameworks andleveragingdata to drive strategic recommendations.
- Manage Media Buying & Negotiation: Direct upfront and scatter market buying strategy,anticipatemarket trends, and cultivate key executive-level relationships with media vendors and partners.
- Execute and Optimize Campaigns: Oversee end-to-end campaign operations, manage budget pacing,optimizeschedules to meet KPI targets, and conduct post-buy analyses for performance insights and growth.
- Client Relationship Management & Team Leadership: Serve as the senior Linear TV point of contact for key clients, present strategic plans and results, foster cross-functional collaboration, and lead the development of the Linear TV team. Skills and Experience If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:
- 8+ years of Linear TV planning and buying experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Deepexpertisein media metrics (ratings, GRPs, CPPs) andproficiencywith industry tools (e.g., Nielsen,Comscore,Mediaocean) and data platforms.
- Proven senior-level negotiation skills witha track recordof securing favorable deals, coupled with exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams, drive team accountability, and strong knowledge of the evolving linear-to-streaming landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
