Job Opportunity: Full-time Drafter at Lavada SAS

Location: Medellin, Colombia

About Us: Lavada SAS is a dynamic architectural firm specializing in façade design and installation. We are a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering innovative solutions in architectural design. As we expand our operations, our office in Medellin is seeking a talented and experienced draftsman to join our team.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, blueprint reading, and/or architectural drawings, with a focus on construction details.
- Experience in team management will be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a high level of proficiency (B1 certificate required).

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in AutoCAD for 2D drawing.
- Knowledge of Rhino and/or SketchUp for 3D modeling.
- Familiarity with BIM language for occasional use of REVIT will be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and web browsers.

Personal Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with the initiative to research unfamiliar practice areas.
- Capable of identifying, understanding, and resolving problems with limited supervision.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
