We are seeking for Human Resources Coordinators!

**Job description**:

- Access and navigate electronic PHI and effectively navigate our cloud-based SaaS HCM solution, isolved.
- Data entry including compiling and maintaining employee records related to employment and benefits administration
- Assist with new employee onboarding process, participating in orientation meetings.
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing audit.
- Assist with new hire and termination documentation and HCM updates.
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries.
- Maintenance of active and historic employee files, including archiving employee documentation to ensure proper record retention and compliance
- Adhere to programs and practices that will protect the interests of the organization, promote positive morale and provide positive and productive employer-employee relations.
- Support HR Management as requested.
