Experienced Human Resources Recruiter in South (Bello)

Community Minerals is looking to employ an HR Recruiter located in South America with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. You will have excellent recruiting and administrative skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities
- Provide a background on methods and channels to source talent, your background experience in sourcing sales talent, and local job market in general
- Coordinate with HR to post in channels, screen, interview, and source talent with excellent English-speaking abilities
- Share information freely to benefit the company as a whole
- Allocate time to provide constructive feedback
- Provide weekly updates on progress that clarifies number of applicants screened, interviews setup for HR individually or jointly, and recommendations to hire or not
- Attend any necessary meetings

Types of roles to fill include but are not limited to:

- Sales associates
- Qualifying associates and call center associates
- Customer success associates
- Cold calling associates
- Petroleum engineers
- Data entry analysts
- Title research associates

Pay: $16,321
- $20,401 per hour
