Growth Acceleration Partners is looking for a passionate Junior-Mid UI/UX designer to join our growing organization. In this position, you will work in a technology agile environment, to ideate, to create sketches, rough wireframes, prototypes-both static and clickable-and low
- and high-resolution comps for product and engineering teams.

**Requirements**: Proven skills using design tools such as Figma, XD, Invision or similar prototyping tools, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Assist and at times lead efforts to convert comps to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and prepare assets for implementation.

Advanced English skills.

BS degree in design, software development or any related field.

Strong user experience skills producing wireframes, prototypes, and knowledge about information architecture.

Rapidly iterate and collaborate based upon user requirements and industry best practices.

Build a set of styles and accompanying documentation that can be applied by other designers and engineers to ongoing projects.

**Soft-skills**

Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or work closely with UX designers and front-end developers to solve complex user problems with simple elegant solutions.

Agile mindset.

**Nice to have**

Experience writing requirements or doing requirements analysis.

Experience working directly with US clients.
