We are looking for a Creative Marketing Apprentice with a focus on Video & Motion, who will support the creation, editing, and optimization of audiovisual content for global Employer Branding initiatives. This position is ideal for technical or technological students who want to gain practical experience in video editing, digital content, and social media trends, while collaborating with integral teams and strengthening brand visibility.

What you will do:

- Support the editing and production of video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, among others).
- Collaborate on both short-form and long-form video projects for employer branding initiatives.
- Add transitions, basic effects, B-roll, trending audio, and ensure overall content quality.
- Create and sync subtitles (.srt files) to enhance accessibility and audience reach.
- Ensure brand consistency while collaborating with global teams and contributing to content delivery timelines.

**What we need to see from you**
- Technical or technological students in fields such as Communication, Audiovisual Media, Film, Marketing, or related areas, with a good level of English (minimum B1), authorized to start their internship or practical training phase.
- Knowledge of editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve (preferred) or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Basic knowledge of video editing (cuts, pacing, audio, transitions).
- Basic knowledge of creating and editing subtitles (.srt files).
- Interest in digital trends, social media, and creative content.
