**Job Description**: **Responsibilities**:

- Keen eye for details and coordination conflicts.
- Understand the construction document process.
- Ability to work through RFIs & CA tasks.
- Excellent and concise communication skills to coordinate with the entire project team.

Desired Skills: 1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture is required.

2. 3-5 years’ minimum experience

4. Professional proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Everything

5. Ability to execute and coordinate CDs

6. English/Spanish bilingual proficiency is a PLUS.

7. Strong understanding of building systems and materials.

8. Capable of developing a project from inception to construction.

10. Diligent understanding of architectural design development, construction documents, codes, standards, and other disciplines.

11. Intense technical and graphic communication skills.
