What we are looking for:
The Digital Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for leading and scaling Empresa confidencial's digital growth strategy, integrating organic and paid acquisition channels with a product-led vision. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, owning the digital ecosystem that drives brand visibility, demand generation, and product positioning.
The Growth Marketing Lead will act as a bridge between marketing, product, and sales, leading SEO/GEO initiatives, website management, multichannel campaigns, and the adoption of artificial intelligence to multiply results. We're looking for someone who not only designs the strategy but rolls up their sleeves and executes it, with a startup mindset and a focus on measurable impact.
What would you be doing:

- Lead the comprehensive SEO, GEO, and LLM optimization strategy, ensuring Empresa confidencial is discoverable and relevant across traditional search engines and generative AI platforms.
- Manage and evolve the website on Webflow as the central conversion asset, optimizing experience, performance, and content.
