FINANCIAL PLANNER | Corporate Financial Wellness Program
We are building a next-generation financial advisory model focused on long-term client transformation, not just product placement. This is an opportunity to position yourself as a trusted financial advisor within a corporate ecosystem, working with qualified clients and delivering real impact.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Financial Advisor is a client-facing professional responsible for delivering holistic financial guidance to individuals within a structured advisory framework.
This role goes beyond product recommendations. It is centered on:
- trust-based client relationships
- measurable improvement in client financial outcomes
The advisor operates as a fiduciary-minded partner, aligning recommendations with the client’s best interest.
ROLE PURPOSE
To help clients:
- make informed financial decisions
- build long-term wealth
While simultaneously:
- driving firm revenue
- deepening client relationships
- increasing assets under management (AUM)
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive financial planning sessions
- Assess income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and goals
- Develop personalized financial plans
3.2 Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships (multi-year horizon)
- Maintain regular client communication (quarterly reviews)
- Serve as primary point of contact
3.3 Investment & Product Guidance
- Recommend investment strategies
- Align portfolios with risk tolerance
- Guide retirement planning and wealth accumulation
3.4 Business Development
- Grow client base (internal leads + referrals)
- Expand wallet share of existing clients
3.5 Compliance & Ethics
- Adhere to fiduciary or suitability standards
- Maintain regulatory compliance (FINRA / SEC)
- Document all client interactions
