We are pleased to announce an opportunity to join our team as: **Graphic Design Apprentice** **SoftwareOne Academy**

**Scope**: Special fixed-term employment contract (Internship) | **Office**:Bogotá/Medellín/ | **Hybrid**

**Objective**

To develop as a design professional by actively participating in the creation, development, and execution of graphic materials and visual strategies that strengthen the brand identity and support the company’s marketing and communication objectives.

A student of Graphic Design or related fields, highly creative, motivated, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment. We are looking for someone with strong aesthetic sensitivity, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills, capable of visually communicating ideas in a clear and engaging way.

**What Your Day-To-Day Would Look Like**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team in developing visual concepts and strategies that promote the brand and encourage audience engagement.
- Ensure that all materials meet the brand’s visual guidelines and maintain consistent aesthetic quality.
- Support the development of multichannel campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

**Other Qualities We Value**:

- Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of animation, video, or motion graphics (desirable).
- Creativity and innovation to propose new visual ideas and solutions.
- Effective communication and ability to receive constructive feedback.
- Organization and responsibility in managing time and deliverables.
