We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent (B2 English) to join our healthcare account focused on inbound renewals and acquisitions.
Location: Bogotá ? Site Americas (Cra 56 # 9-31) Start Date: June 15, 2026 Modality: On-site Contract: Indefinite-term contract
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer service calls Support customers with renewals and acquisitions Provide excellent customer experience and problem resolution
Requirements:
B2 English level Strong communication and customer service skills Availability to work on-site
