About the Role: We are looking for a Technical Site Merchandiser with deep expertise in Shopifyand a strong background in data-driven decision-making, analytics, or engineering. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, functionality, and optimization of product listings, category pages, and overall site navigation to drive performance and conversions.

As a key player in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce ecosystem, you will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies with a technical and analytical approach. You’ll work closely with CX, Operations, and Inventory teams, leveraging Shopify, CMS tools, and analytics platforms to ensure a seamless, high-performing online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Expert-Level Shopify Merchandising: Own the setup, organization, and optimization of product listings, collections, and homepage merchandising using Shopify and related tools.
- Technical CMS & Site Management:Leverage Shopify’s backend and other content management systems (CMS) to manage PDPs, PLPs, banners, and promotions with speed and accuracy.
- Data-Driven Merchandising Optimization: Use Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Looker, or other BI tools to analyze user behavior, traffic patterns, and conversion data to refine site merchandising strategies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with CX, Operations, and Inventory teams to ensure real-time accuracy of stock availability, product descriptions, and pricing updates.
