Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and control of documentation, ensuring compliance with standard requirements.
- Support the planning and execution of internal quality audits.
- Follow up on audit findings, as well as corrective and preventive actions. Assist in the identification, analysis, and improvement of processes within the organization.
- Collaborate in the measurement and monitoring of quality management system KPIs.
- Participate in the management of non-conformities and the implementation of improvement actions.
- Support activities related to risk and opportunity management.
- Collect and analyze information to support decision-making on quality-related matters.
- Provide support in internal training sessions on quality and continuous improvement topics.
- Assist in the preparation of quality management system reports.
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
