Medical Doctor- Patient Care Coordinator (Bogotá)

Fast paced multi-specialty clinic looking for a friendly Patient Care Coordinator who has experience working as a Medical Doctor in Colombia. You will serve as our patients first point of contact. Ultimately, you will help create a friendly, warm and pleasant experience for our patients.

**Must be bilingual and speak fluent English and Spanish.**

**Experience in Health Care mandatory**:

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule patients
- Call patients to confirm appointments
- Data Entry
- Interview patients
- Answer phones, scan and upload documents
- Manage and update the schedule
- Schedule future appointments
- Verify patients information
- Send imaging orders and referrals
- Interact with patients in an appropriate and professional manner
- Assume all other duties as assigned
- Must be able to work on Saturday**

**Skills**
- Must be bilingual and speak fluent Spanish and English

- Excellent communication and organizational skills in English
- Friendly customer service attitude
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Must be computer savvy
