A fast-growing importer of premium fresh herbs and specialty produce, is seeking a strong, hands-on Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale the company’s operational execution across Colombia and the U.S. This is a unique opportunity to join an entrepreneurial business with strong grower partnerships, an expanding U.S. customer base, and a clear vision for growth and operational excellence. The adecuado leader will combine operational discipline, accountability, and people leadership with the ability to build scalable systems, improve execution reliability, and align operations with the company’s commercial strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will serve as the operational integrator of the business—leading supply chain, logistics, customer service, inventory, procurement, operational support teams and finance while strengthening communication flow, accountability, and cross-functional execution across the organization. Based in Bogotá with periodic travel to Miami and operational/customer locations, this role offers significant leadership influence, autonomy, and the opportunity to help build a scalable organization positioned for long-term growth.
