Performance Marketing Assistant (Bogotá)

Job Description

Kaplan is seeking a Performance Marketing Assistant to support its international digital marketing operations. This full-time role is adecuado for someone analytical, proactive, and eager to learn about paid media and campaign optimization across global markets.

Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, retargeting, and other platforms.- Maintain ad account health, including ad copy creation, keyword research, bid adjustments, targeting, and landing page reviews.- Manage daily budgets and ensure monthly spend targets are met.- Prepare regular and ad hoc performance reports.- Collaborate with team members to identify trends and actionable insights.- Assist with A/B testing for ads and landing pages.- Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends.- Work with Content and Design teams to develop creative assets such as banners, videos, and landing pages.

Requirements

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.- Google Ads certification is a plus.

Skills and Qualities:

- Passion for digital marketing and strong analytical skills.- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.- Team-oriented and able to work independently.- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, reach, bend, speak, and listen effectively.
