**About the role**: Lead the company's marketing strategy within the **health sector**, developing and executing plans that drive business growth. Conduct market analysis, manage product launches across the **Andean Region**, and ensure alignment with sales areas, all in compliance with sector regulations.

** Key Responsibilities**

- Define and execute strategic marketing plans for business development and growth.
- Lead the development of product and service portfolios.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with **Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)**.
- Manage the marketing budget, controlling investments and **ROI**.
- Coordinate new product launches, from market research through to implementation.
- Analyze market variables to adjust campaigns and maintain a competitive position.
- Support the sales force with marketing insights and opportunity identification.
- Evaluate and develop business cases aligned with the corporate strategy.

**Requirements**: **Education and Languages**

- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- **Bilingual (English

**Experience**

- Minimum of **4 years** in leadership roles.
- Track record of managing cross-functional projects.
- **Experience in the health sector** (insurers, health operators, medical devices, pharmaceuticals) will be a significant differential.
