Regional Marketing Leader (Bogotá)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Regional Marketing Leaderteam at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Regional Practice Marketing Leader will grow, scale and lead a dynamic Marketing & Communications team to build value across a diverse client base, while driving commercial growth for Marsh & Carpenter Marsh Fac, and promoting collaboration between all the Marsh McLennan businesses. This leader will define, drive and execute our Risk Practice Marketing strategy, aimed at generating superior impact in our clients growth.

This position is a strategic business partner and leadership advisor, both for clients and colleagues´ engagement, enhancing our brands and value propositions to drive growth and deliver results. It requires a great passion for our client´s needs, bringing our purpose to life in all we do: Build the Confidence to Thrive, through the Power of Perspective.
