This program aims to enhance their skills and deepen their knowledge, offering them the opportunity to work with general clients, apply their learnings, and enrich their professional careers.

Program schedule: Weekday availability (6:00 pm to 8:30 pm) and Saturday mornings (8 am
- 12 m). Location: Only Colombia.

Responsibilities

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience running social or search media advertising campaigns (Performance Conversions)
- Experience implementing or monitoring digital marketing campaigns through digital platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Campaign Manager, Amazon ads, DV360 ads, search ads and others.
- Fluent /Advanced English level (B2)
- Excellent attention to detail
- MS Excel: Intermediate
- Proactive and purposeful person
- Willingness to learn constantly and passionate about digital marketing
