About the Role We\'re looking for a Performance Designer to help drive Morse\'s growth through high-performing paid creative across Meta Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, and other performance channels. You\'ll work closely with our design and growth team to ship a high volume of polished, conversion-focused assets, and iterate fast based on what the data says. This role is based in Latin America. It\'s hands-on and fast-moving, perfect for someone who loves crafting high-quality visuals, thrives in an iterative environment, and gets energized by seeing their work tested in-market. Key Responsibilities
- Design and ship paid social and display creative for Meta Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, and other performance channels
- Produce a high volume of ad variants, different hooks, formats, aspect ratios, and languages (EN/ES/PT)
- Adapt the Morse brand system across performance formats without losing visual quality
- Create lightweight motion and animation for ads and social
- Partner with growth marketers to iterate based on ad performance data, doubling down on what works, killing what doesn\'t
- Support organic social and event creative when needed What we\'re looking for
- Portuguese language skills
- Experience with fintech or integral consumer brands
- Experience designing for multi-language or international audiences (especially LatAm markets)
- Experience with animation, lightweight 3D, or video editing
