Job profile summary

The role of the Customer Success Team Lead and Operations Manager is to ensure both customer success and operational efficiency.

The customer success component focuses on implementing the right processes to keep the customer at the center of all actions. Client needs and feedback should never go unanswered and without next actions. Performance indicators must be used and created to measure and continuously improve satisfaction from Alice POS clients. In some cases, the Team Lead may personally engage with certain clients, preferably by phone, to better understand their needs is an integral part of the role.

The operations component involves building bridges between departments and establishing processes that facilitate the seamless transfer of operational responsibilities between the Customer Success, Development, and Commercial teams.
