In-Store Artist (Bogotá)

Golden Goose is looking for a passionate and customer-focused In-Store Artist who will provide an exceptional experience by inspiring our customers through artistic customization! While working in-store, they will act as a Golden Goose ambassador, engaging with customers, promoting products, and storytelling. Main Responsibilities
- Utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.
- Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values.
- Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.
- Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and a high level of customized customer service.
- Co‑create special and unique items.
- Proactively stay informed and up‑to‑date on product information.
- Participate as "one team", supporting team goals and maximizing sales.
- Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co‑creation.
- Act as a Sales Associate when not co‑creating (selling on the floor, pre‑ and after‑sales activities, stockroom, client outreach). Qualifications
- 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
- Artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling).
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
- Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong team player.
- Language: English mandatory.
