General Purpose To lead and manage the material, technical, and human resources involved in the maintenance process, ensuring proper operation and availability of production and service equipment at the Bogotá pipe extrusion plants, in alignment with the objectives established by Plant Management. Key Challenges of the Role

Timely identification of maintenance needs for production and service equipment, preventing unexpected failures and unplanned downtime that could impact availability. Design and management of predictive, preventive, and periodic maintenance programs, as applicable, for production and service equipment. Design, proposal, management, and achievement of maintenance objectives. Active participation in capital investment projects throughout all phases, ensuring compliance with technical, financial, and timeline budgets.
