- Maintain, clean, and segment the marketing database
- Track campaign performance and ensure consistency Proposal Support (High Impact)
- Lead proposal formatting, layout, and graphic presentation
- Improve clarity, professionalism, and visual quality
- Maintain resumes, project sheets, and boilerplate content
- Support QA/QC processes and final packaging
- Ensure proposals are delivered on time and meet standards Branding & Content
- Develop templates, presentations, and branded materials
- Ensure consistency across all deliverables

- Support maintenance of the Asana pipeline and lead tracking
