- We are seeking an Operational Care Expert in Maritime Logistics (imports). This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient coordination of our customers’ shipments by securing capacity with qualified shipping lines, agents, and terminals. The expert will handle data entry, generate the required documentation, and maintain smooth communication with our customer care specialists to ensure all requirements are met.-
- **How you create impact**-
- Prepare and coordinate maritime shipments, ensuring accurate booking requests and required documentation.
- Manage key customer accounts with high volume, complexity, and business impact.
- Coordinate with customer care specialists, shipping lines, and agents to ensure smooth import and export operations.
- Review and ensure compliance with shipping instructions, resolving deviations or conflicts in line with regulations and protocols.
- Monitor the operational performance of providers (shipping lines, agents, terminals) and escalate issues when commitments are not met.

** What we would like you to bring**-
- Minimum 1 year of experience in maritime import operations.
- English level B2 (upper-intermediate), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Disciplined and structured, able to manage tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
