Role Summary and Impact This Multidiscipline Marketing & Branding Senior Associate role is key to driving the strategic planning and flawless execution of influencer marketing initiatives across the full portfolio of an important client in Colombia. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong project management, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills, capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring high-quality campaign delivery from end to end. The key impact of this position lies in managing and strengthening the relationship with agency partners throughout all stages of the process — including briefing, timelines, scouting, creative strategy, kick-offs, execution, and reporting — while ensuring campaigns meet business objectives and KPIs through seamless execution, operational excellence, and impactful influencer-led brand storytelling. Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Social Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in the influencer marketing and digital industry.
- Experience using influencer marketing tools such as Klear, Upfluence, among others.
- Knowledge and understanding of influencer content performance metrics.
- Understanding and management of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- English level: B1.
