Sous Chef for a 250 seat restaurant in the Bahamas.
Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in the preparation and design of all food menus
Produce high-quality dishes in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen team
Monitor food and labor costs
Manage and train kitchen staff
Maintain order and discipline in the kitchen during busy hours
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
Monitor the quality of food products used for cooking
Implement innovative recipes and presentation techniques
Assist in the preparation of meals as required
Qualifications
90% English
3 years experience as Sous Chef or Executive Chef
Willing to relocate to the Bahamas
