Job TitleSales ManagerAbout the Business Area/DepartmentOur team partners with Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs), tourism boards, and public institutions to design and deliver digital media campaigns and provide travel intelligence solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution‐oriented consulting: Understanding the strategic goals of destinations and aligning them with Amadeus' advertising and travel intelligence offerings.Strategic partnership management: Acting as a strategic partner to DMOs, ensuring long‐term collaboration and measurable impact on tourism growth.Maintain and grow business relationships with existing clients while developing new opportunities in the Caribbean and Central America.Collaborate closely with a global team to achieve success.Represent our team in the market, participating in trade shows, speaking at relevant events, and building relationships with senior public officials in the region.Summary of the RoleLead Amadeus for Destinations' commercial strategy across the Caribbean and Central America, driving partnerships with tourism boards and DMOs, shaping effective strategies, and ensuring measurable growth while representing our global travel technology leadership.About the Ideal Candidate10+ years in sales within the travel, tourism, technology, or digital media industry.Experience working in global and multicultural teams.Strategic negotiation, commercial consultative approach, strong interpersonal skills for relationship‐building with government agencies (DMOs, tourism ministries) and designing complex business proposals.Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, tourism, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.Certifications (optional): Project Management (PMP), Digital Marketing, or consultative selling certifications.Motivated, impact‐focused, with a strategic vision and capacity to participate in global industry forums and events on behalf of Amadeus.Availability to travel.What We Can Offer YouCompetitive remuneration, individual and company annual bonus.Vacation and holiday paid time off.Health insurances and other competitive benefits.Work hybrid at our Bogotá office.Professional development and online learning hubs.Diverse and inclusive workplace as part of a leading travel technology company.Commitment to Diversity & InclusionAmadeus aspires to be a leader in Diversity and Inclusion, enabling every employee to reach their full potential.
