HL Environmental is looking for qualified unexploded ordnance Senior UXO Supervisor (SUXOS) for a 6 month assignment in the Philippines. Primary Function Responsible for locating, identifying and disposing of foreign and domestic explosive devices using advanced geophysical equipment and techniques per the specific project according to the Project Manager and the Client's specifications. Actively support and uphold the Company's stated vision, mission and values. Essential Functions Perform UXO and operational management duties including: Manage teams of personnel conducting project operations in assigned region Develop operations plan to achieve company goals Create and present daily, quarterly, and annual operational updates & reports Identify, anticipate, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner Identify and implement process improvements and cost optimization initiatives Liaise with other teams in analyzing and resolving business problems Perform regular operations reviews to identify any issues/inconsistencies Perform resource allocation and work assignment for implementing business expectations Determine operational risk factors and provide relevant mitigation plans Implement changes in workflow and work scope to meet business expectations Reconnoiter and classify UXO and DMM Identify all types of military munitions, including possible fuzes and their condition, armed or unarmed Examples of these military munitions are: bombs, guided missiles, projectiles, rockets, land mines and associated components, pyrotechnic items, military explosives and demolitio Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.co/empleo/1a3nxf
