**Entry-Level IT Support Technician! (Overseas; Remote)**
**Are you looking to start your career as an Entry-Level IT Support Technician?**
The Language Doctors invites you to join our multicultural team. We are a integral linguistic service company committed to breaking language barriers and fostering cultural connections. We're excited to extend an invitation for you to join our diverse team as an Entry-Level IT Support Technician, playing a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our users.
**Location**: Remote
**Work Hours**: Begin with 9 am
- 5 pm EST during the Training Period. Post-training, choose from two exciting shifts:
- **Shift 1**: Friday 5 am
- Friday 5 pm, Saturday 5 am
- Saturday 5 pm, and Sunday 5 am
- Sunday 5 pm (12 hours each day).
- **Shift 2**: Saturday 5 am
- Saturday 5 pm, Sunday 5 am
- Sunday 5 pm, and Monday 5 am
- Monday 5 pm (12 hours each day).
**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Your Responsibilities**:
- **Access Management**: Assist users with password-related issues and account access.
- **365 Administration**: Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, overseeing user management and access control.
- **Software Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve software-related issues for end-users.
- **Customer Interaction**: Address customer requests promptly and professionally.
- **Technical Guidance**: Provide general assistance to users, guiding them through technical issues.
- **Training Sessions**: Conduct user training sessions for basic technical skills.
- **Problem Resolution**: Efficiently resolve basic technical problems.
- **Strategic Problem-Solving**: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address complex issues.
**Your Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- **Certifications**: CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent is a must. Preferred: CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ certifications or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a technical support role is a plus.
- **Language Skills**: Upper Intermediate or Advanced fluency in English is required.
- **Comfort Zone**: Ability to sit for extended periods while performing job duties.
**Remote Work Requirements**:
- Maintain a reliable internet connection (at least 10Mbps up and down).
- Use a Windows PC with Windows 10 or above.
- Ensure a dedicated and stable Ethernet connection.
