The Impact of an Manager, IT Change Management at Empresa confidencial: We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Manager, IT Change Management to embed disciplined, scalable change management practices across our IT organization. This role is critical in ensuring that every technology project we deliver — whether a modification to existing software or the full implementation of a new platform — lands successfully with the people who use it.

This is a hands-on and coaching role. For some initiatives, you will directly own and execute all change management (CM) activities end-to-end. For others, you will serve as a strategic coach and advisor to project teams, guiding them to execute CM activities independently. In both modes, you will be the organization's change management standard-bearer, building and maintaining a reusable, shareable CM framework that scales based on project type and complexity.
