Role Description (AI-focused, B2B services) This role is responsible for generating and converting B2B opportunities for DoCares AI and technology services—especially AI agents, operational process improvement, automation, and custom software development for mid-sized companies. The role supports the full sales cycle end-to-end (from outreach to closing), and also provides post-sale commercial/operational coordination to ensure a smooth delivery handoff, strong adoption, and long-term account growth. This is not a purely prospecting role . It is a hybrid position that connects sales, solution design coordination, and client relationship management , working closely with the Founder and internal delivery team to position the right solution, build trust with decision-makers, and maintain continuity before and after closing. Activities (AI & Tech Services — Consultative B2B Sales) 1) Prospecting & Pipeline Generation (Outbound heavy) Identify and research mid-sized B2B companies that could benefit from AI agents, automation, operational process improvement, and custom software . Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, referrals, and partner networks . Execute outbound sequences: cold email + LinkedIn + cold calling (high volume, consistent cadence). Qualify leads based on the Adecuado Customer Profile (ICP): industry, size, pain, urgency, budget, decision-makers. Schedule consultative discovery / diagnostic calls with the Chief Strategic & Sales Architect. Maintain structured follow-up and pipeline progression (multi-touch approach). Keep CRM updated with accurate notes, stage, next steps, and decision process.
- Consultative Sales Process (Discovery Proposal Close) Support the Founder / Chief Strategic & Sales Architect through the full cycle: discovery, solution framing, proposal, negotiation, close. Gather requirements and document client pains, processes, constraints, stakeholders, and success criteria. Create proposal drafts (scope, phases, deliverables, timeline, assumptions) based on the diagnostic. Coordinate internal inputs (tech, ops) to ensure feasibility and clarity. Send proposals, follow up, handle objections, and coordinate contract signing. Ensure all commercial documentation is complete, organized, and easy to hand off to delivery.
- Client Commercial Operations (Pre-sale & Post-sale support) Act as the commercial point of contact during onboarding and early delivery stages. Coordinate client requests and operational questions related to the service. Translate client needs into clear internal requests; route technical topics to the right team. Create and manage Jira tickets for reported issues, enhancements, or requests. Ensure requirements, agreements, and commitments are properly documented in CRM/Jira. Follow up until resolution and keep the client informed.
- Implementation Support & Adoption (Early success) Participate in early implementation check-ins to ensure alignment and momentum. Confirm the client is adopting the solution and achieving early wins. Detect expansion opportunities: additional automations, new AI agents, new workflows, new modules/services. Coordinate improvements and upsell opportunities with the Founder/team.
- Retention, Expansion & Referrals Maintain a strong relationship with active accounts (consistent cadence). Identify satisfied customers and request referrals at the right moments. Support account retention strategies and expansion roadmap. Coordinate with marketing for case studies, testimonials, and outbound campaigns. Work Setup (Remote + Hybrid) This is a remote-first role requiring a reliable home office setup (quiet space, stable internet, headset). Must be available for hybrid meetings in Cali (coworkings) and occasional local travel for key meetings. Required Profile Proven experience in B2B consultative sales (services preferred: tech, software, automation, consulting). Strong ability to run and manage full sales cycles with discipline and follow-up consistency. Excellent phone communication: cold calling resilience, clarity, objection handling, persistence . Comfortable speaking with business and technical stakeholders. English required (conversational + reading comprehension) ; Spanish native/advanced. High proficiency with tools: CRM , Google Workspace, task management (Jira), time tracking (Clockify). Organized, accountable, and metric-driven. Client-service mindset with long-term relationship focus. Compensation (Base + Commissions) Base salary: COP $3,000,000 – $3,500,000 (depending on experience). Additional upside: performance-based commission plan , with commissions in USD for U.S. clients Role Metrics (KPIs) Qualified leads generated per week.
