Junior Graphic Designer - Bilingual - Cali

Adcomm MDU SAS is currently seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to become a part of our creative team in our Cali office. In this role, you will take on the responsibility of crafting visually compelling flyers, brochures, digital marketing materials, and other types of marketing material. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, is essential, while familiarity with InDesign and AfterEffects is considered a valuable asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create print-ready flyers, brochures, and various marketing materials.
- Design digital images tailored for social media platforms and website content.
- Play a role in shaping layout, typography, and photography choices for impactful designs.
- Ensure the continuous update of all websites with relevant and engaging content.
- Collaborate closely with senior designers, incorporating their guidance into design projects.
- Maintain a commitment to meeting project deadlines with a focus on quality and precision.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
- Proven experience in Graphic Design showcased through academic projects, internships, or entry-level designer roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign; Wordpress and Mobile Apps.
- Knowledge of Premiere, AfterEffects and PHP is a plus.
- English proficiency: C1 level.
- Possess a discerning eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Methodical work approach with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
