You are going to receive inbound and/or place outbound calls as well as provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries coming through email and live chat support channels in order to manage and resolve customer complaints. - An Incredible Human: someone with good problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Eloquent and #RidiculouslyIntelligent: A Teammate with exceptional verbal and written communication in English, focused on resolving issues well.
- Adaptable Teammate: Teammates should be willing to work on shifting schedules. At the same time, they must be capable of multitasking while maintaining high attention to detail!
